- Run a mile under 8 minutes (PB 8 minutes 6 seconds)
- Run 10km in one go (got upto 5km in 2012)
- Run up Bosley Cloud under 40 minutes (this is the most challenging)
New Things for 2013 are:
- Cover 100 miles of the Wales Coast Path
- HIIT running (will build up to 10km first then focus on HIIT to get my mile under 8 minutes)
- Gain weight!!
- Upload my 100th YouTube video
