Another Footpath
Started Middlewood footpath today and tried a 3km run. Fitness deffo lacking as gave up at 1.5km!
Need to finish Grimstone and DVW before doing all of Middlewood path and back to Macc via the canal.
Shall get the 5km app to get back into the running.

No running last month so need to get my trainers on in June and work my way up-to 10km as it's one of my things to do in 2012!!
